For the Olifil group it was in 1994, that we removed from a restaurant, and for the first time, the residue called:

ISCC self-declaration

Self-declaration on cooking oils and fats used for the production of biofuels in accordance with directive 2009/28/CE1, submitted to ISCC EU. (this document is not applicable to deliveries under ISCC DE/36 BlmSchV).

The producer of used cooking oils and fats agrees with the following self-declaration, at the time they sign the withdrawal note from our companies, Residuos Alternativos de Cataluña SL, Rac, Olifil Serveis SL, Olifil, Aplicaciones Logísticas Amira SL, Amira, Canarias de Biodiesel y Reciclaje SL, Canbio and Ingeni Medi Ambient, Ingeni.

Note: by signing our delivery note, the signatory voluntarily declares that the reviewers of the certification bodies (either accompanied by inspectors from the authorities with the aim of evaluating the performance of the certification body) and the personnel of the systems of certification can examine whether the requirements are met as stated in this document.

He signs it in the place and on the date that appears on our delivery note.

1 - Only biomass definable as the biodegradable fraction of products, wastes and residues of biological origin from agriculture (including plant and animal substances), forestry and related industries, including fisheries and agriculture, as well as the biodegradable part of industrial waste and municipal. (Directive 2009/28/EC).

2 - Keep in mind that animal fat is not considered as biomass in some of the member countries. Biofuel produced from animal feedstock may not be eligible to count towards the biofuel benchmark of those member states.

3 - Vegetable oil that has been used to cook or fry meat and that may therefore be contaminated with animal material is not classified as of animal origin.
